We hope that you are beyond satisfied with our products . If you are visiting this page then it means MIMI COSMETICS owes you a big “THANK YOU” because it means that you have recently ordered a product from us. At this moment we wish to advise you that we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES due to the fact that we are a small company and for sanitary purpose. Therefore, we are here to assist you in providing quality goods and services, we suggest that before making an order please make sure it is correct .

Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. Since we process all orders fairly quickly any requests for address changes will not be guaranteed. Undeliverable addresses include: missing PO Box Numbers, incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender.

Once we ship an order, we no longer have control of the package. We will not be responsible for damages to package, shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. You will have to contact the shipping carrier provided more information to you.

****LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced
All Packages come with a Tracking number. So you can keep track of your package.
If you will NOT be home at the expected arrival time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office.
If your order is sent back to us, we have the choice whether to ship it back to you or refund you.
- If we ask you your preference, and you would like us to ship it back to you, you MUST cover the additional shipping fees.

Once your order is placed we cannot cancel your order.

Below is the payment processing times and the shipping times. Special products or services that have different processing time will say so on the product page. Expect (5-10 additional business day) delays during sales periods & holidays.

Processing times are from Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm eastern time.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping excluding weekends.

PayPal typically has an immediate payment processing period. But may take up to 5 business days.

****REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

All sales are FINAL, there are no refunds, returns, and/or exchanges allowed due to the exclusive nature and high appeal of our products. There are NO refunds AND NO returns on already shipped and/or used Lip gloss, Lipstick, Eyeshadow and Lip-Liner products.

However under certain circumstances, MIMI COSMETICS may determine if your case requires a refund. If we determine you require a refund, your refund will be processed as a store credit. All applicable refunds are via store credit only!

DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances. And, once your order is placed, your order cannot be changed. No refunds will be issued because you've changed your mind.

STORE POLICY

Please note any fraudulent orders will be pursued legally and criminal charges will be filed with our local police department.

Please also note we have the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason. Please remain respectful when communicating with our company as we will communicate with you with the utmost respect as well.
